Aerobic exercise if done vigorous enough, last long enough and is done regularly enough is key to maintaining your heart and lungs in great shape. It burns fat faster than any other type of exercise.

Zumba
It fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away.
Also included dance classes like Belly dance, Hiphop and Jazz.

Cardio room
A form of high-intensity exercise that involves using a stationary excercise bicycle in a classroom setting. A great way to get a vigorous workout-burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape.
